Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has sacked the Director General (DG) of the Lagos State Sports Commission, Mr. Babatunde Bank Anthony, Naijaloaded reports.

He also announced Mr. Oluwatoyin Gafar Bolowotan as his replacement.

This was contained in a statement made available to Naijaloaded by the Head of Service, Hakeem Muri-Okunola, on Thursday.

Naijaloaded reports that Anthony was appointed by the immediate past Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode, during his tenure.

The statement said the development is in line with the ongoing re-organisation of the State Public Service for efficient service delivery.
