An artist after two years of enjoying prominence in the scene could be attacked by his village people and in a backward turn, an artiste once loved by everyone could be disliked and be referred to as an upcoming artiste.

It is what has happened to superstars like Tekno, Lil Kesh, Ice Prince and Sean Tizzle. There are several of them but we are concerned about these four and really worry if they can become big again.

The question is also the same for Lil Kesh. Fresh from dropping an album and being left to fly on his own record label YAGI by Olamide but instead of things to look good for him, Lil Kesh went from being vibrant on the scene to being an underground street rapper.

Still, Lil Kesh is gradually beginning to show the stuff he’s made of and as we saw on “Able God”, he might still possess the potential to blow again.

Whatever is happening to Tekno, we hope it’s just for a phase and doesn’t last for long

Tekno had an excellent run from 2016 till 2017 until Wizkid & Davido wake up from their slumber.

He dropped massive hits back to back from Pana to Yawa to recording a song with Wizkid. At a point, we thought Tekno was permanently going to be the third ruling force after Wizkid and Davido but from 2018 till now, Tekno’s music seemed to have faded with the wind. Still, we hope he’ll come back better and bigger on the scene.

Can Tekno rise to the top again?

ICE PRINCE

Ice Prince should not be on this list but as Delilah turned out to be Samson’s destroyer, Ice Prince had a lot of issues with his ex-girlfriend then, Maima which turned worse for his career and during this period, he was depressed.

Within a few months, Ice Prince’s stock fell, people were no longer vibing to his music and just like Lil Kesh, everyone began to refer Ice Prince as an upcoming artiste.

Still, no one is in doubt that Ice Prince is a talented rapper, but can he go back to being a superstar?

Can Ice Prince rise to the top again?

No one is in doubt over these talented superstars. They were once at the top with chart topping singles and being one of the most in-demand artistes.
